This was a good story, but I honestly think it is for much younger people than myself. Young Hannah is quite the little learner. Curious about everything, and as Sir James said, " You ask the most intelligent questions." So much sorrow for an 11-year-old to deal with over a course of many days. After a while it got kind of old. I was kind of glad to be done with it. Probably won't read the rest of the series, not because I don't like it, but mainly it is for a younger audience than I. I can recommend this for say 10 to 14 years. And now I'm done.Product details

The Mage Daughter Book One Discovery eBook LeRoy Clary rbvrbv/bigstock Karen Clary Reviews
I chose this rating because the story was well written it kept me interested. That's what I liked what I didn't like was she deserves to have a great father and they kept getting taken away. Recommended to anyone that loves magic.
Quick yet satisfying. A couple of twists along the way kept my interest. Nice not to see things coming. Worth rereading and looking forward to the next book.
Okay, in the end of the book, you asked your readers to decide if you need to keep going, well, of course! You can't leave us hanging as to what happens to Hannah!
I liked the read. I just hope there is payback. It is sorely needed. Remember child abuse is wrong. Movie rating pg
A good story line with character definition. I liked the attention to background details which were well done in several areas. The story Is fast paced with much happening so it is hard to put down once you start reading.
A very fast paced story. The main character is hard pressed to stay alife. But everyone else dies very quickly.
Surviving in a feudal society is tough, and the going gets really bad for 11 year old Hannah when she learns her true identity. The author sets up a fantasy land with broad possibilities. It's a quick read, but well worth the money. I really enjoyed the book.
